Sparkling elves... What the hell is he talking about?

Dungeons and Dragons is putting some energy into an old favorite of many. Any dark elf fan boys and girls and there?

Some would argue dark elves are the first sparkling vampires of the elve world... But I think they were born out of some 1960-70s need to fill in a mythos/story around some scantily clad (i.e. naked) black skinned stark white haired female upper bodies attached to spider abdomen fetish art... But that is an unfounded claim on my part!

Regardless I think you may find the video enjoyable. At minimum you may agree that is well produced. Good pacing. On a technical note I really like how they used 2D still images and gave the camera movements a 3D feed using a parallax technique.

Hey! A very short primer (from one perspective) that talks about how we used to game in the "good old days". Part of me misses a lot of that narrative...

I can't believe someone has not taken this name or concept... What I intend to do is write about RPG experiences here. Sauce is something I poor on a meal to make it better or influence the flavor (occasionally to make it edible where otherwise it would not be...)

Why Tolkien? Most of my favorite RPG experiences center around a meal (aka the RPG) that has been flavored with "Tolkien Sauce". Not everything I will talk about is Tolkien "Sauced", I am huge fan of many genres (Zombies, Cthulhu  Super Heroes, post apocalyptic, to name a few!)

I cannot ignore the source of my games influences! And Tolkien sauce just makes me laugh when I hear/say/see it.

Cheers!
